28-Day Total Body Cleanse Challenge
Gearing up to start the 28-Day Total Body Clean Up on February 1st!
The purpose of this challenge is to challenge participants to ditch some
unhealthy nutrition habits to kickstart a healthier, more fab lifestyle (and to keep
you are on track for great results!)
The challenge is divided up into 4 weekly goals / healthy habits:
Week 1 - Drink only zero-calorie beverages
Week 2 - Add a green smoothie or raw veggies every day
Week 3 – Swap out the white stuff
Week 4 – Ditch the dairy
Each week's habit builds on the previous week’s habits.
Example:
Week 1, we focus ONLY on drinking zero-calorie beverages
Week 2, we introduce habit 2 and focus on drinking zero-calorie beverages
AND adding a green smoothie / raw veggies every day
Week 3, we introduce habit 3 and focus on drinking zero-calorie beverages AND adding a green smoothie / raw veggies every day, and Swapping Out the White Stuff
Week 4, we introduce habit 4 and focus on drinking zero-calorie beverages
AND adding a green smoothie / raw veggies every day AND Swapping Out
the White Stuff AND Ditching the Dairy
